How to standardize the use of laying hen drinking nipple equipment

The correct use of automatic chicken drinking water equipment can ensure that the chickens can drink clean and sufficient water. At the same time, water leakage in the water line can be reduced. Reduce the humidity in the chicken house and ensure that the chicken house has good sanitary conditions.

Before installation, the inner and outer surfaces of the waterline pipes are required to be clean and free from pollution. The drinking nipple is sensitive and has no blockage. The water meter measures accurately; after installation, the water line is flat, the height is appropriate, the joints are tightly connected, the water level gauge is clear and easy to read, and the end is connected to the drain pipe; the high-pressure valve and the drain valve are flexible and reliable, and each nipple is installed with a water cup (in the same direction), The elevator is sensitive; the electric shock line is tight and tight, the electric shock device has obvious effect, and the dosing device (piston/pressure tank) and the filter are fully equipped and reliable.

Water line flushing. Rinse the water line and wipe the surface regularly. The flushing time of the water line should be determined according to the actual water pressure, generally not less than 30 minutes. The flushing effect is best at high pressure. Therefore, according to the water source situation in the farm, the single and double hen houses should be washed on a daily basis, and each house should be washed one by one water line to achieve the best results.

The use and management of the dosing device. The dosing device is expensive, and it is forbidden to move or unload it without permission. During use, the water quality is required to be good and free of impurities. After each maintenance and flushing, the dosing device should be assembled tightly. When the dosing device and the water line are flushed and disinfected at the same time, there must be clean water or disinfectant in the dosing basin to flush out the impurities inside the dosing device, reduce the wear of the dosing device, and extend its life.

The above is how the shared farmers manage the drinking water equipment in the chicken coop. It is hoped that farmers can make better use of equipment to raise chickens. If there is demand for chicken raising equipment, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
